Ozzfest has not been seen or heard from since 2010, when Ozzy, Motley Crue and Judas Priest went out on an extremely limited 10-stop amphitheater tour, but now it's coming back, but it's heading to Japan.
The dates are locked in, Ozzfest Japan will happen May 11-12, 2013 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba City.
While no artists have been announced there is speculation that Black Sabbath will headline the event. After all, they are recording new material right now, which should theoretically be ready by May. Also, Ozzy's wife, Sharon, stated in an interview that the band is planning to hit Australia in the Spring of 2013, and Japan isn't too far away from there, so if they're already there…might as well, right?
