Microsoft rolled out a 13 second video over the weekend introducing everyone to Windows 1.0. The clip uses a Dynatron track, which label Blood Music has stated Microsoft never got permission to use. Dynatron also retweeted Blood Music's tweet, but has not yet come out with their own statement. The track in question is "Pulse Power" from Dynatron's 2012 album Escape Velocity, which you should pick up here.
At least help the band and label make some money off the situation, since clearly Microsoft isn't paying them.
Windows is unveiling a new product and used @DynatronSynth's music without permission.
Microsoft is the 2nd largest company in the world and couldn't bother to license from us? Awful, predatory behavior.
Let them know this is not acceptable. @Windows @Microsoft https://t.co/ye7l5V6mrd
