Shortly after legendary Motorhead bassist Lemmy Kilmister passed away, the Rainbow Bar & Grill, a place where he likely clocked more hours than his own apartment (which was right around the block anyway), announced they would be soon unveiling a memorial statue of the metal god.
LA artist Travis Moore was commissioned to create the piece, which was unveiled last night. The statue stands over six feet tall and while be located in a special shrine in the patio area of the famous bar. Here are some photos:
