Killswitch Engage announced last week they'd be canceling a handful of tour dates so vocalist Jesse Leach could undergo and safely recover from vocal cord surgery. Leach has now checked in with the world via Instagram saying that his surgery went well and that he's headed home!
Leach is also slated to host a mental health awareness event with Hatebreed frontman Jamey Jasta on May 9 alongside Chefs Brian Tsoa and Chris Santos. The event seems to still be on track to feature Leach, which we're taking as a good sign.
