Khemmis' 2016 album Hunted was pretty much one of our favorite records across the board last year, and we're collectively digging their split with Spirit Adrift this year too. I'd go as far as saying that Khemmis is probably one of the most important doom bands of the decade. Coming off a statement like that, it should go without saying that we're stoked Khemmis has announced it'll hit up Flatline Audio with Dave Otero (Allegaeon, Cattle Decapitation, Primitive Man, etc.) in January to record its third album!
According to the band, the album is due out sometime in Summer 2018. In the meantime, you can catch Khemmis on the road with Enslaved, Wolves In The Throne Room, and Myrkur for the 2018 Decibel Magazine Tour.
