The Human Abstract made a pretty huge splash in 2011 with its third record, Digital Veil. The record was released through E1 Music and shortly after its release, the band went on tour. Said tour was short lived due to an unspecified death in the family, vocalist Travis Richter left the band, a fill-in was announced for a tour with Periphery and fans wondered what the next step would be. The Human Abstract then announced it wasn't looking for a new vocalist, some of the guys sold their gear and that was that.
Now, in 2016, the band tweeted this.
This Happened Last Night. Happy 2016 Everyone! pic.twitter.com/3etkjpVytN

The band has also been retweeting articles concerning the reunion, so we'll see what happens? The Human Abstract was a relatively short-lived band, but its material was crazy good, so having a new album this year would be amazing!
