INTRONAUT get some low-end help from TOOL bassist

Just the other day, Frank and I were blasting Intronaut on the way to an interview and they still rule! They are a part of a pretty sweet summer tour package with Cynic and Dysrhythmia. They are working on a new album Now, there is word that Tool bassist Justin Chancellor dropped by to lend his talents to a song. Frontman Sacha Dunable elaborates:

"Intronaut is beyond stoked to get back out on the road and play some shows with our buddies in Cynic and Dysrhythmia. If you live near any of these cities, be sure to come out! We'll be playing a few songs off our new record, and I could only assume that the other two bands are going to blow your socks off. Speaking of the new record, it's just about done. It's been quite exhausting fine-tuning everything, but it's paid off. Josh Newell is killing it on the production side of things even while bogged down with some more lucrative projects, and we were lucky enough to have this guy Justin (from some band I won't name drop, but will say that it rhymes with 'Cool') come in and co-write/perform on a song with us where we have two drummers and two bassists going at once. That's right folks, pure excess. Other than that, this record rules so much that I'm literally embarrassed to have been a part of everything we've done up until now. Not to sound pretentious, but this is absolutely the best music ever made."

Who's got two thumbs and is incredibly pumped to hear this? This guy!
