In Flames was doing pretty well with keeping a drummer up until 2015. Daniel Svensson, who had been in the band since 1998, left and was replaced by ex-Red drummer Joe Rickard. Now it seems Rickard has departed and has been replaced by ex-Chiodos drummer Tanner Wayne.
In Flames hasn't made an announcement about if Wayne is a permanent member or just a live fill-in, but his presence has been confirmed by guitarist Niclas Engelin. Joe Rickard is still listed as a member of the band on the In Flames Facebook page.
