Impending Doom released an album either every year or every other year between 2007 and 2013, though after the latter's Death Will Reign, the band sort of fell off in terms of new material. In 2016, Impending Doom started teasing that it was working on a new record, and promised that it would come out in 2017.
Lo and behold, it looks like Impending Doom's impending album is impending for sure! The band took to Instagram to announce that the new album is just about wrapped up in terms of pre-production, meaning things are definitely moving along!
