Guns N' Roses might've been out on the road making millions upon millions of dollars with their Not In This Lifetime tour, but on the Internet they're doing pretty well for themselves too! According to Blabbermouth, the band's music video for "Sweet Child O' Mine" off their 1987 record Appetite For Destruction is officially the first 1980s music video to hit 1 billion plays on YouTube. Guns N' Roses holds a similar record with their song "November Rain", which is the first-ever music video on the platform to hit 1 billion plays.

Right now, "Sweet Child O' Mine" is somewhat closely trailer by A-Ha's music video for "Take On Me", which sits at 943 million views. After that, it drops off pretty hard with "Girls Just Want To Have Fun" by Cyndi Lauper at 786 million, and then "Every Breath You Take" by The Police at 699 million and "Billie Jean" by Michael Jackson at 649 million.
