The last time we heard from SiKth was Death of a Dead Day in 2006. Since then, the group has been heard in some form or another through a plethora of bands doing their own versions of the SiKth sound. Not in a ripoffy way, but bands have influences and hot damn was SiKth an influential band.
SiKth was also one of those bands that nobody ever thought would release new music. The group got together here and there for shows, and… oh hell. You know exactly how this goes. The group has a pre-order page up right now where there are a shit ton of awesome options to grab the new record, including an option to get Dan Weller's first guitar.
