Five Finger Death Punch unfortunately had to cancel three shows in December 2019 due to guitarist Jason Hook needing his gallbladder removed. The shows were scheduled for Duluth, MN, Omaha, NE and Des Moines, IA, and were postponed with the promise of being rescheduled at some point in the future.
Those shows have now been cancelled. Five Finger Death Punch cites a busy schedule for themselves and for openers Three Days Grace, Bad Wolves, and Fire From The Gods.
“The 3 shows in Duluth, Omaha and Des Moines that were recently postponed because of Jason’s emergency surgery cannot be rescheduled at this time and will have to be cancelled. We tried to find a solution to reschedule but there’s currently no date where all bands on the bill are available. With that said, we love you guys and thank you for the outpouring of support.
Jason is back in fighting shape, the band will be back on the road again soon and we will try our best to come back to you soon. ??? In the meantime, refunds are available at point of purchase.”
Five Finger Death Punch will tour this spring with Papa Roach, I Prevail, and Ice Nine Kills in support of their new album F8 due out February 28. F8 will be the band's first album with ex-Scale The Summit drummer Charlie "The Engine" Engen, who replaced ex-drummer Jeremy Spencer. Spencer is now police officer.
