I am so fucking pumped to be attending tonight's kick off of the Dillinger Escape Plan's headlining run with Darkest Hour, iwrestledabearonce and Animals As Leaders. This show is stacked with a great lineup from top to bottom, and even though these bands will be playing SXSW in a week, it doesn't matter to me. Anytime I can see Dillinger, I will go and see them. They are absolutely my favorite live band. A few years ago, they played two shows in a row in NYC, and I went to both and after the second I remarked if they played an entire week's worth of shows, I'd go to those too. On top of that, all three support bands are awesome too. I've never seen Animals as Leaders live, but their album is amazing so I dobut they would disappoint. IWABO are always a fun time live and Darkest Hour never cease to bring a good show. Don't be a sucker and miss out on this tour. In case you missed them the first time, here are the dates:
