Decrepit Birth has been around for 14 years and has released three records, which is approaching Tool levels of not giving a shit about output. The last time we heard anything from the group was in 2010 via Polarity, which in all fairness is a really good record. It reminds me of Death in a very sped up, German technical death metal way… even though Decrepit Birth is from California.
So, five year later and we're greeted with this!

In other news, I'm putting any labeling of any technical death metal album as "Tech Death Record of the Year" on hold until I hear me some new Decrepit Birth! Considering the quality of the band's brief discography, this album should be great.
