After all the crappy trials and tribulations of the new Carcass record, Surgical Steel, it appears as though it's done! Or at least until something else catastrophic happens.
Surgical Steel was starting to look like it was the next Wintersun album- you know damn well it's there, but it sure isn't in any hurry to get to your ears. But now apparently it's all finished up and the band are starting to plan for it. According to the band-
Andy Sneap mixing the album last week – sounding killer ! Few little tweaks and it will be finished! We should be able to give you more info on a release date soon!
Well there you have it- we'll be grinding some Carcass fairly soon, or at least we'll be grinding some info about Carcass so we can get excited about grinding some Carcass. I'm pumped as hell for Sneap to be mixing this album- that guy knows how to make literally everything on a record sound absolutely amazing. Now only if the music is good, we'll be able to truly enjoy. Fingers crossed!
