Yesterday, our bros over at MetalSucks premiered a track from Candiria that is sure to put the band back on top of mind-fuck mountain where they belong. The only issue is I believe MetalSucks, and most of it's listeners, might have missed that this is actually an Iron Maiden reinvented cover song!

Upon listening to the track it only took me a few seconds to catch it (I listen to Number of the Beast way too often), so I was shocked to see no mention of Bruce Dickinson and the gang anywhere in the post. Then I began to think how fucking awesome is it that one of the pioneers of fusion metal is making a come back by covering one of the biggest bands in the history of the world, and the majority of it's listeners didn't even catch it. I think that speaks volumes about what kind of band Candiria is, and why you should pay attention to what they do next.
The Invaders 7" will be out April 29th via Giant MKT, be sure to order your copy before they sell out! Keep an eye out for future Candiria news, I smell live shows and more releases on the way, and Candira live aint nuthing to fuck with.
