WITHIN THE RUINS Involved In Horrific Van Crash; Forced To Miss Two Dates of Tour

Thankfully, the band members are okay.

Thankfully, the band members are okay.

You know how I was complaining about the weather on the Livecast yesterday? Well, it's really fucking cold and slippery in the northeast. It's a dangerous time for bands to be on the road and Within The Ruins learned that the hard way. They were on the way to the first date of their tour with Suicide Silence and Emmure. Somewhere on the Pennsylvania interstate, their van flipped and their trailer and gear were totally destroyed. The band checked in with this update:

"We rolled about three times from what I can remember and landed on the median. Our van and trailer are totaled." says guitarist Joe Cocchi.

Cocchi continues, "All I can say is that we're happy to be alive. I don't know how, but none of us were injured. We're on the road touring because this is all we know and love, and we want to continue. Help us get back on our feet by picking up a shirt. Thank you all for the continued support.”

The band, thankfully, are all okay even though all their gear is totaled. The band promise to make this Friday's date at El Corazon in Seattle. Photos of the crash can be seen below. The band have set up a GoFundMe page for any fans looking to help.
