UNSANE Have Broken Up

unsane break up

After almost 30 years, noise rock masters Unsane are throwing in the towel. It seems as though the band has seen the writing on the wall and moved on.

Lambgoat reports that co-founder Chris Spencer was recently interviewed by Equilibrio Precario about his new project, Human Impact, and when asked about the status of Unsane, Spencer repliedĀ "I won't be playing in Unsane anymore. Human Impact will be the only band I see myself playing in for a while."

He later offered further clarification to the outlet saying "Just to clarify, I will not be playing in Unsane anymore. I'm super proud of what we accomplished, but I need to move on. I'd rather end it on a good note than be a slave to something that I've always loved."

Here is Unsane's most notable video, just a compilation of skate fails:

Here is their 2017 album, Sterilize.
