Malevolent Creation is scheduled to begin touring the US this October, though according to Lambgoat, several promoters have reportedly stated that the tour has been cancelled.
Moreover, the band's bassist Jay Black has definitely quit the band, according to his Facebook.
This is pretty similar to the situation with Nails, where promoters began circulating news that the band had broken up, which was followed by radio silence. So we'll see! Objectively, it sucks to see a bigger death metal band that's been around for 30+ years go. Subjectively, Malevolent Creation has had a pretty storied history of racism and general horribleness, so y'know… whatever.
