Could it be? Look, I'm going to try to be unbiased here, because I know there some Disturbed fans among you junkies. During recent interviews, David Draiman has stated that the band's current run on Mayhem Fest is most likely their last US tour for the immediate future, and more than likely ever. Here is the direct quote from Draiman:
"…This is gonna be the last tour that the American people get to see us in for awhile, if not indefinitely. We have some things going on internally, we have some personal things going on. So I don’t know. It’s hard to tell . . . But you’re not gonna see a Disturbed tour for awhile."
The band is definitely not going to be touring for a while, at least two years and he is heavily suggesting that maybe, they're all just over each other and need time apart. This could end up being a situation similar to System of A Down's, where they take a few years off, and then get back together when the demand is hot for them again. And really, it's not like their music won't still be played non-stop on the radio, so it's almost like they won't be going away at all. Then again, I certainly won't miss them. [via ThePRP]
