Tombs released their album The Grand Annihilation in 2017, followed by everyone who wasn’t vocalist and guitarist Mike Hill quitting the band in 2018. Now Hill has returned with an entirely new lineup and a new EP called Monarchy of Shadows, which you can stream below.
Monarchy of Shadows also features guest spots from vocalist Michael Gonçalves (Windfaerer, Replicant) on "Path of Totality (Midnight Sun)," violinist Benjamin Karas (Windfaerer, Thank You Scientist) on "The Dark Rift," and keyboardist Terence Hannum (Locrian) on the title track.
