THE BODY's New Song "Nothing Stirs" Is A Beautiful, Slow-Motion Apocalypse

You might know them from their work with Full Of Hell.

You might know them from their work with Full Of Hell.

You might know The Body from their two collaborative efforts with Full Of Hell in 2016 and 2017, but they've been around quite a few years longer than that. The Body will release its sixth studio album since 2004, titled I Have Fought Against It, But I Can’t Any Longer, on May 11 and the debut single "Nothing Stirs" is incredibly promising.

With the help of Chrissy Wolpert (Assembly of Light Choir) and Ben Eberle (Sandworm), The Body solemnly brings forth an industrial, sort-of-ambient track that seems to open up further and further as dawn breaks and the apocalypse creeps up upon the world.

I Have Fought Against It, But I Can’t Any Longer also features Lingua Ignota's Kristin Hayter and Uniform's Michael Berdan, and you can feel a weird mix of peaceful and terrified with "Nothing Stirs" below.
