SUMAC Announces New Album, Streams "Yellow Dawn"

Another experimental jaunt from a great trio.

Sumac – the band consisting of guitarist and vocalist Aaron Turner, bassist Brian Cook, and drummer Nick Yacyshyn – has announced their new album The Healer due out on June 21. Sumac is now streaming "Yellow Dawn" in all its lengthy glory, and featuring meditative organ by Faith Coloccia.

The Healer was recorded and mixed by Scott Evans (Kowloon Walled City, Thrice, Great Falls, Autopsy), and is available for pre-order here. You can also catch Sumac at one of their tour dates below. Tickets are available here.
