Saint Vitus, the band whose name you might know from either the famous metal venue in Brooklyn or the Black Sabbath song "Saint Vitus Dance," will release their first new album in seven years this May. The self-titled effort is the band's second since their reformation in 2008.
Saint Vitus is the first record to feature bassist Pat Bruders (Down, ex-Crowbar) and the first to feature vocalist Scott Reagers since Saint Vitus' 1995 record Die Healing. You can check out the predictably doom-and-gloom new song "12 Years In The Tomb" below. If you're at all familiar with Saint Vitus, then you know what to expect – riffs and more riffs.
Saint Vitus is out May 17.
