Swedish masters of death doom Runemagick has returned with a gloomy new single "Archaic Magick (After the Red Sun)" and a new record Beyond The Cenotaph Of Mankind due out April 28. The record is six tracks of plodding, crushing death metal that clocks in at roughly 49 minutes, meaning you're in for an endless march into the haze of the afterworld.
Beyond The Cenotaph Of Mankind was mixed and mastered by Johan Bäckman at Raven Noise Studio, and features artwork by Denny Surreal Art. Pre-orders are available here.
Runemagick is currently vocalist and guitarist Nicklas "Terror" Rudolfsson, guitarist Jonas Blom (Death Reich, ex-Sacramentum), bassist Emma Rudolfsson (ex-Dracena), and drummer Daniel Moilanen (Katatonia, ex-Mnemonic).
