Irish quintet Primordial may have waited four years to release their ninth studio album Exile Amongst The Ruins, but it was very obviously worth the wait. Exile Amongst The Ruins is a bit of a step outside the band's normal sound and Primordial makes it work so, so well. It's a little doom, a little heavy metal, and a whole shit ton of epic. Y'know, exactly as you'd expect Primordial to bring you.
