You might think "what's a metal electro-pop singer doing covering the Pokemon theme?" and the answer is It's Poppy!
I'm not quite sure what I mean either, but somehow this just makes sense. Poppy just posted a cover of the theme song from the Pokemon cartoon, first introduced in the late 90s.
Poppy certainly makes the song her own, while still offering recognizable elements of the original, and infusing a ltitle rock in.
Poppy released her album I Disagree earlier this year.
