Pijn is back for the first time in four years with a new single "Weave In" that frankly should snap the weather right to being freezing. No fall, just immediate frozen desolation. The single is the first to feature new bassist Ed Bottomley and comes ahead of the band's performance at the ArcTanGent festival on August 18.
"We're proud to present 'Weave In' as our first new music since 2018's Loss," said guitarist Joe Clayton. "To us, this song represents endurance. A dedication to craft and determination to quietly push through the painful and unfamiliar, so that we can really engage with what gives a sense purpose in a world of unknowing. These themes didn't just inform songwriting and tonal choices, but also personnel, collaboration and instrumentation."
Pijn is currently working on their first new album since 2018. Check out Pijn's music here, especially their collaboration with Conjurer. That shit is incredible.
