This past summer, we learned that the ultimate play-on-words collaboration is finally happening. At a concert in Nashville, in August, Jack Black declared “Jack White, we went over to his house today and recorded a brand new song.”
Today, we have the fruits of that labor with a new song, "Don't Blow It, Kage"
The trio recorded at White's Nashville home studio. The joke of the song is White is putting pressure on guitarist Kyle Gass (aka Kage) to not mess up the solo. While Black thinks that Kage totally ruined the song, Jack White chimes in saying it's the best solo he's ever heard. Pretty typical D comedy right here.
