Korrupt is back with a mix of dad jokes, crushing riffs, and some songs that would make Turbonegro smile thanks to their new record Secret Sorrows. We're premiering the band's brand new single "Hail Seitan," whose runtime is all anthemic rock with lyrics critical of the modern meat industry.
"'Hail Seitan' is a respirator for scandi-rock, and Korrupt's contribution to keep the genre alive," said the band. "It's a Punk 'n Roll anthem, in yo face, fuck-off-and-die kind of song.
"Not the most academic critique, but critique non the less, of the morbid, bizarre alienated production of meat. From upbeat melodic riffs, to blast beats and singalongs. If you're not hyped by now, nothing will get you hyped."
Korrupt will release their new album Secret Sorrows on March 1.
