It's not clear when vocalist Mikael Stanne sleeps between Dark Tranquillity, The Halo Effect, and Grand Cadaver… but I'm wagering the answer is probably "very little." Grand Cadaver is now streaming their crushing single "Serrated Jaws" off a currently-unannounced new record. And given the single's abundance of distortion and unrelenting riffs, "Serrated Jaws" feels like a pretty appropriate name.
Grand Cadaver is currently Stanne alongside guitarists Stefan Lagergren (The Grifted, ex-Treblinka, Expulsion) and Alex Stjernfeldt (Novarupta, Let Them Hang), drummer Daniel Liljekvist (Disrupted, ex-Katatonia), and bassist Christian Jansson (Pagandom, Dark Tranquillity).
