Hard rock kings Foo Fighters will soon make their triumphant return following the tragic and untimely passing of drummer Taylor Hawkins, with new album But Here We Are dropping June 2. We heard the first single, "Rescued," earlier this year and now we have "Under You," the album's second single.
The track is more upbeat and in line with the sonic pallet one expects from the Foo Fighters than "Rescued" but themes of grief and loss are still extremely prevalent on the song. Frontman Dave Grohl was famously close with Hawkins, so it makes sense that grief and the celebration of life are common themes on But Here We Are.
Listen to "Under You" now and check out the Fighters' 2023 tour dates. Tickets are available here.
