FIREBREATHER Brings Steamroller Sludge Riffs On "Creed"

As you might expect from the Swedish doom trio.

Firebreather is now streaming their new single "Creed," whose six-minute runtime is effectively a class in how to write the chunkiest riffs possible. "Creed" comes from Firebreather's upcoming new record Dwell In The Fog, which is also the band's first to feature bassist Nicklas Hellqvist.

"The album is a cathartic journey inwards and a musical continuation from Under A Blood Moon, but with more emphasis on groove and feel," said vocalist and guitarist Mattias Nööjd about the new record.

Firebreather will release Dwell In The Fog on February 25. The record was recorded and mixed by engineer Oskar Karlsson at Elementstudion in Gothenburg, Sweden. Pre-orders are available here.
