It's a well-known fact that AMC's The Walking Dead is a great show. There's interpersonal struggles, danger, horror and surprisingly not a huge overuse of walkers (or "zombies," as they're not known in the show). Now you can walk away from an episode and pick up your Walking Dead Peavey guitar, strap on your Walking Dead strap, and jam. Sweet deal.
The guitars actually look pretty cool and appear to be based off the graphic novel a little more than the show, which is only kind of the same thing. Regardless, they're neat looking guitars and straps! Peavy CEO Hartley Peavey said about the new line:
"We are very pleased to be working with Skybound, the creators of The Walking Dead. The immense popularity of The Walking Dead comic and cable TV show will allow us to get our products in the hands of an entirely new market and will expand our range of designs."
My only question is where's the bass line?! I wouldn't mind a sweet zombie-infested five-stringer upon my shoulders to jam on!
