ROTTING OUT's Frontman Free On Bond After Massive Drug Bust – "I Don't Even Like Weed"
Looks like ex-Rotting Out vocalist Walter Delgado is out on bond for the time being after being bagged in Ohio with 700 pounds of marijuana and 1,000 jars of hash oil. Delgado was incarcerated at in Mechanicsburg, OH's Tri-County Regional Jail until March 22, when he was released via a $2,500 bond.
Delgado, who is back home in California, took to Twitter to essentially say he fucked up, and that it's his birthday… which can't be fun.
Delgado and accomplice Anthony Jochum, 26, were incarcerated at the Multi-County Jail and, besides the trafficking charge, they are being charged also with possession of marijuana and possession of "criminal tools." According to the official police report:
"The suspect vehicle was stopped for a following too close violation. Several criminal indicators were observed. A drug detection canine indicated to the presence of narcotic odor coming from the suspect vehicle. A probable cause search of the vehicle revealed 70 pounds of raw marijuana, 1000 THC e-cigarette inserts, and steroids. US currency was also seized from the stop."
Delgado waived his preliminary hearing and the case is now being sent to grand jury for review. No word on their hearing dates yet.
