Last April, every band's worst nightmare came true for two underground acts, Wormreich and Khaotika, when their van drove down an embankment and struck a tree in Atlanta after the driver fell asleep at the wheel. The deadly crash left two members of Wormreich, Ian A. McKinney (30) & Paul. J. Truesdell (29) and one member of Khaotika, Nicholas R. Crisostomo (25) dead.

OnlineAthens reports that driver, Sergio Jose Quesada, has been charged with DUI, failure to maintain a lane, and three counts of first-degree homicide by vehicle. He is booked with a $17,800 bond at Jackson County Detention Center.

Ironically, Quesada is the only one who was able to walk away from the crash without any injuries.
