Nachtmystium vocalist and guitarist Blake Judd isn't a fan of abiding by the law, it seems, and naturally it's costing him. Good job Blake! Here is what we know so far.
According to The PRP:
Nachtmystium vocalist/guitarist Blake Judd was arrested yesterday (October 5th) on theft charges in the Chicago, IL area. He was charged with theft by unauthorized control of property not exceeding $500 and is being held on a $25,000 dollar bail.
I don't really know what that means, so if anyone wants to clarify it go for it.
Apparently it's bad enough to be held on a $25,000 bail! Now the real question is if Judd will be out in time for Nachtmystium's show at the CMJ Festival next week, or if he'll be out for the recording of the new record (because studio time ain't cheap)!
Nachtmystium made headlines earlier this year when Judd said the project was over, which was eventually retracted by Judd.
