Court justice is not the same as street justice. Harley Flanagan was cleared of all charges today, stemming from an incident at the CBGB's Festival in July, where right before his former band Cro-Mags were set to take the stage, Flanagan showed up in the VIP area and allegedly stabbed Mike “The Gook” Couls and one other person and eventually got taken down by cops and sent to Rikers. Flanagan maintained his innocence and said he was acting in self-defense.
It seemed the district attorney was having a hard time locking down eyewitnesses, and thus all charges have been dismissed. Flanagan chimed in with a video response:

Cro-Mags will return to the stage on December 30th, with Sheer Terror at the Highline Ballroom. Tickets are available here, and expect added security at this one.
