Let's take a look back at the wonderful week that Morbid Angel has been having. On Monday, guitarist Trey Azagthoth announced he and former vocalist Steve Tucker would begin working on new Morbid Angel tunes. This implied that frontman David Vincent was out, right? Also, shortly after Tim Yeung announced he was leaving the band for "financial reasons."
Then, things got real interesting when Vincent issued a statement of his own saying he's aware of the new project but he's still the frontman of Morbid Angel. So would there be two Morbid Angels? Are they sharing vocal duties? Well, definitely not that last one.
Tucker took to Facebook to basically laugh off Vincent's claims:
