CKY Parts Ways With Bassist Matt Deis

No replacement has been announced.

No replacement has been announced.

CKY will play the Vans Warped Tour 25 Years show on June 29 in Atlantic City, NJ, followed by a European tour this July. Ahead of these shows, CKY has announced they're parting ways with bassist and backing vocalist Matt Deis.

According to a statement by Deis, he's stepping down from the band to focus more on himself and his family.

"Thank you to Cig, Jess, all of our hardworking crew & management, and the entire CKY Alliance for having me back these past two years. I’m stepping aside to focus on myself and my family so that CKY can continue their dominant return with nothing holding it back. Im so proud of everything that’s been accomplished and I can’t wait to see what’s to come. Be sure to catch them in Europe this July and August while tickets are still available."

Deis played with CKY between 2005 and 2010, and then again from 2015 onward.
