Original Judas Priest guitarist K. K. Downing played with the band from their inception in 1970 up to 2011. After Downing left the band, he opened up the Astbury Hall golf course. Astbury Hall is located in Shropshire, England but unfortunately went into administration (the UK's version of America's Chapter 11) in fall 2017.

As a part of these bankruptcy proceedings, Downing has put up for sale his royalty rights to 136 Judas Priest songs. These songs include "Breaking The Law," "Living After Midnight," "You've Got Another Thing Comin," and "Painkiller."

According to Billboard, administration group FRP Advisory LLP says the collective songwriting credits for sale generate from $340,000 to $400,000 per year.
