Iron Maiden is releasing yet another beer in September of this year and honestly, we're all probably going to go and try to find it the second it's on American shelves. The beer is called Red N' Black and will be 6.8% ABV, or the strongest ABV any mass-produced Iron Maiden beer has been to date!
"I like tasting outside the box. Stouts and porters were virgin territory for me, so I just went by feel. [Robinsons' head brewer Martyn Weeks] and I hope we have created a new take on a classic beer and one which I hope will tickle the taste buds of ale fans in a pleasantly unexpected way."
The beer is a porter as well, which now makes perfect sense as to why it's coming out in September – the band wants you to sit around a campfire and serenade your friends with a riveting acoustic rendition of "Fear of the Dark." Obviously!
