You Better Come Stream NE OBLIVISCARIS' New Record Citadel

Heaviness abounds… intelligently!

Heaviness abounds... intelligently!

Australian progressive metal act Ne Obliviscaris is dropping Citadel on November 11 via Seasons of Mist, but feel free to get lost in all its heavy neo-classical glory right now! While the album is seven songs long, most of which are movements making up three "full songs" for the running length, it's worth a listen through if only to breathe in the fresh air on something innovative.

If you're only keen on the record enough for a sampling on the material, why not listen to bassist Brendan Brown's suggestion?

"I would like to think 'Painters of the Tempest' is the body of the album. It’s our longest and most involved song. It is an emotional journey and contains so many colors and movements. It is our masterpiece. We are all so proud of it and it definitely brings out the best of our abilities. A true showcase of our 10 year journey to its inception."

Check it out!
