I am a far bigger fan of Yngwie Malmsteen, the character, than I am Yngwie the musician. The guy is hilarious. He is fully aware of how absurd his image is, and he does everything to play that up. Take this above interview he recently did with Revolver, which includes some incredible soundbites. Funny enough, him mentioning that there are only two man made creations seen from outer space, the Great Wall of China and Yngwie's stack of Marshalls sounds very familiar. It sounds almost like what Thor Shredsteen was getting pissed off about when he was recording his album.
