THREAT SIGNAL Vocalist Records Insanely Dead-On LINKIN PARK Cover

Critics and fans have been arguing for eternity over Internet message boards on whether or not Threat Signal vocalist Jon Howard sounds like Chester Bennington from Linkin Park, so the Canadian vocalist has decided to cover Linkin Park's "Crawling" for shits and giggles.

Nuclear Blast posted the above YouTube video to Facebook, with a quote from Jon Howard:

"My vocal style has been compared to Chester Bennington's for about 10 years now, so I've finally decided to release a cover of the Linkin Park song Crawling. The vocals on this recording are 100% mine. Hope you dig it!!"

Howard does a pretty good job at rapping Mike Shinoda's parts, which are pretty hilarious, and he is dead-on with Chester Bennington's.

Hopefully he'll throw out a couple more on his YouTube channel, because this is too great not to continue.

"Controversies aside, From Zero is a mostly strong (if unsurprising) rebirth for Linkin Park."
