As strange as it might sound to be combining Volbeat and Gorgoroth into one band, Temple of the Black Moon are actually pretty good. It's essentially everything you ever wanted newer Cradle of Filth to be and so much more.

So the band is vocalist Dani Filth of Cradle of Filth, guitarist Rob Caggiano of Volbeat (and formerly of Anthrax), drummer John Tempesta of Rob Zombie and The Cult, and bassist Tom Cato Visnes of Gorgoroth and Ov Hell. Temple of the Black Moon sounds way badass from the one song, so here's to hoping they'll keep it up! I like that there's elements of a lot of different genres in there, but the song never really succumbs to one and straddles that border ever so nicely. Verdict; we need more.
