Art of Anarchy, featuring ex-Stone Temple Pilots vocalist Scott Weiland, ex-Guns N’ Roses guitarist Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal, Distubed bassist John Moyer, and then guitarist Jon Votta and drummer Vince Votta, isn't what I expected at all. Instead of the high-voltage, fist-meets-face rock and roll, it's this very subdued, melancholy rock project. It's not bad at all, just not what I expected.
