Torn Between Two Worlds is the new project featuring Sarah Jezebel Deva (ex-Cradle of Filth, Hecate Enthroned, The Kovenant, Mortiis, Angtoria) and Chris Rehn (Takida, Angtoria). We're more than stoked to stream their new single today "All Eyes On Me", which is a massively orchestral track that hits hard right out of the gate and just never stops. Though given the talents involved, this level of songwriting and overall catchiness is hardly surprising.
"The song is about how we are judged, how we let negativity hold us back," said Deva. "How people's vindictive actions can change our path in life, sometimes resulting in the worst possible outcome. As an example, online bullying and trolling can take its toll on children, which has lead to an increase in child suicide. But it also reflects how it takes one person to change your path in life in a positive way also."
Torn Between Two Worlds previously released their single "The Beauty of Deception", both of which are now available via Bandcamp and all streaming services.
