Skeletonwitch is all geared up to release their first full-length album with Wolvhammer vocalist Adam Clemans and the new song "When Paradise Fades" should make you believe that it's going to rule. The song is four minutes of lead lines and galloping riffs sure enough to please Skeletonwitch fans both old and new.
This is also the band's first album since the departure of drummer Dustin Boltjes, who drummed for Skeletonwitch between 2011 and 2018. No word on who drummed on this one. Devouring Radiant Light was recorded with Kurt Ballou (High on Fire, Kvelertak, Chelsea Wolfe) at GodCity Studio in Salem, MA, mixed by Fredrik Nordström (Opeth, At the Gates) at Studio Fredman in Gothenburg, Sweden, and was mastered by Brad Boatright of From Ashes Rise at Audiosiege Engineering in Portland, OR.
