QUIET RIOT's James Durbin Streams New Song Featuring Chris Jericho and Phil Demmel

Plus Fozzy vocalist Chris Jericho.

American Idol contestant and current Quiet Riot vocalist James Durbin has unveiled his aptly-named solo project Durbin. The project is now streaming their debut single "Kings Before You" featuring Fozzy vocalist Chris Jericho and guitarist Phil Demmel (ex-Machine Head, Vio-Lence).

"2020 has been such a strange year for all of us," said Durbin. "Coincidentally, our shelter in place order happened just as I had begun writing for the album. It really forced me to write by myself and not rely on others to write the riffs for me. And then to write the lyrics and melodies too."

Durbin will release The Beast Awakens on February 12. Pre-order the album here.
